Abraham is a seasoned Consultant, Coach, and Creator. An expert in Accounting, Financial, Business, and Tax Advisory with special skills for Business process development. Before joining Deloitte & Touche in April 2012, He was in the Financial Reporting and Tax unit of MTN Nigeria for more than Two (2) years. He is an alumnus of Lagos State Polytechnic and Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

As a Consultant, He has led many IFRS engagements and solved many advisory issues for Multinationals, Listed Companies, Public Companies in Energy and Power, Automobile, Manufacturing, Transport, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Media and Entertainment Sectors, and Public Sector entities and International Donor Agencies. He also led the Deliotte Africa Private Initiative that focused on building advisory solutions for small and medium scale business.

As a Coach, He has guided many Professionals, Company Executives, and Professional Accounting Firm Owners on many exciting discoveries in accounting and business. He was a Senior Facilitator for many years in the Deloitte IFRS Academy and School of Excellence. He led several board trainings on the implementation and impact of IFRS standards. Deloitte partnered with Tony Elumelu Foundation to mentor and help business owners, He was part of those in the mentoring team and has kept relationship with the foundation.

As a Co-Creator, in partnership with Electrode, He developed a dedicated accounting solution for media content production; a process He designed with the help of His project team during His Four (4) years of advisory with Multichoice/M-Net Africa. In Partnership with Deloitte Spain, a general-purpose ERP was developed and deployed for Africa use.

Sometimes in 2016, He began to find joy and fulfillment ‘helping’ small/medium businesses and start-ups to build lasting finance structures for their businesses and individuals who want to ‘act right’. In April 2020, He left Deloitte and joined to start fully AideOne Consulting, to wholly give time to feed this passion.

He is purposefully married to Omowunmi and blessed with an amazing Daughter, Iyinoluwa and a Son, Moyinoluwa.

 Temitope is a distinguished auditor, seasoned university lecturer, and dedicated researcher. With expertise spanning financial accounting and auditing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles. She holds degrees from Lagos State University and the University of Lagos. She is also an esteemed associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence.

Throughout her career, Temitope has managed a diverse range of audit engagements across various sectors, including public and private universities, non-governmental organizations, and manufacturing industries. Her meticulous approach and strategic insights have consistently delivered exceptional results. Before joining AideOne Consulting, Temitope served as an audit senior manager at Adebojo & Co for over a decade, where she led numerous high-profile engagements.

Aduralere is a senior finance professional with significant experience transforming the finance function of organizations both in the public and private sectors. He is a strong accounting professional skilled in finance transformation, financial accounting, reporting, financial modeling, business process optimization, technology advisory, and tax. Before joining Deloitte as an IFRS Specialist in April 2012, he worked as an internal control auditor at Zenith Bank Plc. He was an alumnus of the University of Lagos and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
At AideOne Consulting, He helps in providing leadership to our Tax and Regulatory department.

Seyi is a seasoned researcher and consultant in business operations, human capital, strategy, and analytics. Her research and advisory works have been with private and government agencies. She holds a PhD from the University of Lagos. Her focus has been on Developmental Economics and Human Capital Development in developing countries. She is passionate about analyzing data and providing strategic direction for businesses and government.

She supports businesses in building solid Business Processes for their organization. A passion she started in her days at Accenture Nigeria (now Verraki Partners), where she carried out Business Process reviews fr clients across various financial institutions and educational centers. She enjoys sharing knowledge and achieves this through your work at Crawford University.
